Working from home

Unless you are an essential worker, you are probably working from home. Working from home as a potter has its advantages and disadvantages. The last few days the biggest advantage is throwing on the wheel outside in the garden. Clay and pots dry fast, but the sun and the breeze both feel so good. My old westie, Malmo, hangs around at my feet and Jack, the new puppy, tries to get into mischief. I get to listen to the birds and sounds of insects, the occasional butterfly passes by. It's hard to believe all is not right with the world.
